Delivery & Returns Policy
If you have a problem, or are unsatisfied with your purchase, then rest assured we will put the matter right.
You can return any item within 14 days (obviously we will allow extra time for Christmas gifts) and we will gladly replace the item or offer you a full refund. All we ask is that any returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all the original packaging and accessories. If we have made a mistake, we’ll also refund the delivery charges.
For your protection, we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning anything to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulted.
Who do we use to deliver your order ?
In general if your order is over £50.00 we will use Interlink Express to deliver your order which is a next (working day) service 99.8 % of the time (within UK mainland). As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail containing your consignment number and tracking details. This allows you to follow the progress of your parcel online.
Smaller parcels and orders less than £50.00 are usually sent via Royal Mail.
Our aim is to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
You will be notified of any potential delays as soon as possible by e-mail.
All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk.
All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
